These assets are located in financial institutions worldwide; A distribution which enables us to quickly assist corporations directly in completing transactions from $1,000,000 U.S.D. up to $50,000,000 U.S.D. and arrange transactions up to or exceeding $100,000,000 U.S.D. in a little more time.
While we do Private Placements and arrange Direct Loans, using your collateral or ours, we specialize in arranging financing packages designed to "bridge the gap" between what the Borrower needs and what he can qualify for in today's "risk free" lender requirements market. The gap between maximum lender LTV (Loan to Value) or LTC (Loan to project cost - usually 65% to 70%) is generally covered by bringing in short term silent (Joint Venture or Investor) partners who provide through a Private Placement the additional funds needed for the term duration needed, but take no equity in the project. However, for some projects we can arrange total project funding through those private sources with or with-out equity.
Who is the Lender?
FCSC is a provider of Collateral -- not a lender. Most deals are closed by the Borrower through his Bank using our collateral to partially (or fully) collateralize his loan principal. HOWEVER, through our affiliate company, A.S.Gayle Associates (in business since 1973), we have access to a host of national and international lenders and investors who consider loans or investments ranging from $250,000 up, Venture Capital and Joint Ventures. VENTURE CAPITAL: Among our many Venture Capital sources is JPB (a pseudonym).a Japanese firm established in 1972 with approximately $7.7 Billion in assets and more than $230 Million invested in 300 American firms. We also have access to Venture Capital groups known as "ANGELS" who frequently take risks professional venture capital groups reject. Our principal WORLDWIDE LENDER is Little Globe (a pseudonym), located in the United Kingdom, and funds loans ranging from $500,000 up through a Panamanian consortium. Our Principal NATIONAL LENDER is a national real estate investment banking firm and a conduit to many Wall Street based security groups.
